Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Pocahontas County, Iowa. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
