CNC mill setter-operator — Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Full-time, day shift.
