The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
