Roofing technician • Yates County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Yates County, New York. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Day to day you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Rotating shifts.
