Crawler dozer operator • Mono County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Mono County, California. The job is on a quarry floor. Your main tasks: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear What we are looking for: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Full-time with occasional weekends.
