Punch press operator • Carter County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a punch press operator in Carter County, Montana. You will be based at a busy press shop. On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
