Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Corson County, South Dakota. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
