Vacancy available: plumbing technician (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plumbing technician in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. The job is at hotels and commercial buildings. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Connect overhead and underground water tanks You should have: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools 5+ years on the tools preferred.
