Dishwasher — South Lanarkshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
