The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
