Turning centre operator wanted in Haralson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Haralson County, Georgia. The role involves set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Six days a week, one day off.
