Tyre and wheel fitter • Umatilla County, Oregon

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Umatilla County, Oregon. The job is in a fast-fit workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement What we are looking for: • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
