Power press operator wanted in Maury County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Maury County, Tennessee. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
