Glass and glazing technician — McCracken County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in McCracken County, Kentucky. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions Ideal candidate: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred Full-time, day shift.
