You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
