Tig welder wanted in Trego County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Trego County, Kansas. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
