Immediate opening: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Vance County, North Carolina. You will work in a smash repair workshop. You will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
