Lathe operator wanted in Isle of Wight

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Isle of Wight, England. The job is in a CNC machine shop. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills You will set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
