Elevator service technician wanted in Yankton County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Yankton County, South Dakota. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Overtime paid at a premium rate.
