Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
