Urgent requirement: offshore rigger (Hawaii)

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Maui County, Hawaii. You will work at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Meals and transport allowance provided.
