Urgent requirement: short order cook (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Shackelford County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
