Brickwork mason wanted in Dickinson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Dickinson County, Michigan. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks You will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
