Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Borough of Torbay, England. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
