Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦295,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
