Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings.
