Structural MIG welder wanted in Towns County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Towns County, Georgia. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
