Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience.
