Finishing presser wanted in Bond County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Bond County, Illinois. The job is at a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings You will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
