Butcher wanted in Jones County

Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Jones County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
