Press operator • Neshoba County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Neshoba County, Mississippi. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
