Line cook • Aiken County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Aiken County, South Carolina. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
