You will report mechanical faults and dents to the depot office; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather; check engine oil, coolant and washer fluid levels before each shift; refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors.
