Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends.
