Finish carpenter — Wythe County

Join our team: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Wythe County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Full-time with occasional weekends.
