Rigging foreman • Cheshire County, New Hampshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. You will work at a shipyard. On the job you will handle: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces 1+ years on the tools preferred.
