Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter in Talbot County, Maryland. The job is at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator The role involves prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams.
