Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
