Join our team: we are hiring a garment machinist in Jones County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy garment factory. You will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
