Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Woodford County, Kentucky. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 5+ years on the tools preferred.
