Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Telfair County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering unit. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Six days a week, one day off.
