Tyre technician wanted in Floyd County

You should have: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer The role involves: • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
