Now hiring: quality checker (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality checker in Marshall County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
