Powder coating sprayer wanted in Lere

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Lere, Kaduna State. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
