Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Nicollet County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
