Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal caster in Butts County, Georgia. You will be based on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
