Bread and bun maker wanted in Watauga County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Watauga County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
