Kitchen steward — Audrain County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Audrain County, Missouri. You will work at a banquet hall. You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
