Sand plant operator — Tangipahoa Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring.
