Great opportunity: kitchen steward (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Queens County, New York. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
